A 6- week, 30 minutes to the point core class which takes place at Ypsilanti Running Company.
Each week focuses on a different aspects of core strength. No two workouts will be the same. Core class includes, HIIT workouts, Stability and balance work, as well as general strengthening and injury prevention tools to help keep you in tip top shape.
Each participant will receive a weekly handout with the core class routine. this way you take take what you learn and incorporate it into your daily life.
