Ann Arbor Marathon Training Program

A 9 week training program with a weekly training run focusing onAnn Arbor Probility Marathon Races.  Weekly meet ups take place at Ypsilanti Running Company.

Each participant receives:

  • A personalized 9 week running program, written by Coach Anissa
  •  Positive encouragement from Coach Anissa and Augie during runs
  • weekly emails
  •  Email access to get advice from the coaches
  • A weekly group workout

  • 15% discount on all YRC purchases during the duration of the class.
Weekly class includes:
  •  Running at your level —  we can accommodate a variety of running levels
  •  A guided warm-up and cool-down
  • Running workouts, you will get a taste of many different types of runs.
  • Guest Speakers and educational mini seminars.
Schedule:
  • Ann Arbor Marathon, half marathon, 10k, and 5k.
  • Start Date: Tuesday: January 21, 2020 at 6:00PM
  • Race date: March 22, 2020
