Racing Class

A 10-12 week training program with a weekly training run focusing on a specific racing event.  Weekly meet ups take place at Ypsilanti Running Company.

Each participant receives:

  • A personalized 10 week running program, written by Coach Anissa
  •  Positive encouragement from Coach Anissa and Assistant Coach Amy during runs
  • weekly emails
  •  Email access to get advice from the coaches
  • A weekly group workout
  • Guest speakers
  • Race entry
  • T-Shirt
  • 10% discount on all YRC purchases during the duration of the class.
Weekly class includes:
  •  Running at your level — With 2 coaches we can accommodate a variety of running levels
  •  A guided warm-up and cool-down
  • Guest Speakers and educational mini seminars.
  • Spring/ summer training program: TBA
  • Fall Training run: (Women only) American Home Fitness Detroit half marathon, 10k, and 5k.
