Run/ Walk/ Squat Class

A 1-hour, weekly class that takes place outside and incorporates body weight, core, and balance exercises into a running workout. Run/Walk/Squat is perfect for the novice runner just starting out all the way up to more seasoned runners looking for a new aspect to their training.

Each participant receives:
* Positive encouragement from Coach Anissa and Assistant Coach Amy during runs
* Email access to get advice from the coaches
* A weekly group workout
Weekly class includes:
* Running at your level — With 2 coaches we can accommodate a variety of running levels
* Bodyweight and core exercises for injury prevention and building strength
* A guided warm-up and cool-down
* Wednesdays 6-7pm at Ypsilanti Running Co (beginning March 28)
